We use Notion to build digital binders, one per room. Each binder includes only the final information. Then we generate a QR code that links to the page and place that code:
On the wall of the room
On the front of the physical binder
Now everyone on site has access to the same, correct file. No outdated PDFs. No missing specs. No mistakes.
