Download our Project Worksheets (Notion) , or Project Worksheets (Excel) a file that will allow you to customize it to exactly your needs. To make sure that you have covered all your bases, here are our extensive checklist by room and customize your open items list to include everything you are selecting for your project.

What is the difference between our checklists and Project Worksheets

• We start off our projects with a checklist per room, and once we narrow down our scope of work, we move everything over to our working project worksheet. This list will be updated throuoght the entire project and when it is updated, it should be distributed to the rest of the team on the job.

• Many of the items included in the Project Worksheet will be items that the contractor will tell you to order and when they need it by. We call this the Ordering Schedule. This will be provided to you by your contractor and/or design professionals (architects, interior designer, kitchen designer)

• One tip is that when we revise the list, we save a new copy with the date on it so that you have a clear paper trail of the progression of the project.

• We do not include the budget on the project worksheet as this is a document that we share with others on the team and don’t find it necessary to share that information with everyone.
