Phase 2: Selections & Ordering
This is the phase where decisions get locked. You are choosing materials, fixtures, appliances, and finishes. You’re placing orders. You’re tracking lead times.
Some selections will come quickly. Others will take longer. You may need to wait for pricing, samples, or trade input. That’s expected.
You might still be finalizing a few things from Phase 1. That’s fine. What matters now is forward movement and accuracy.
Nothing should be guessed or left open-ended. Every decision needs to be clear, confirmed, and documented. This is what your builder and trades will work from. Mistakes in this phase cost time and money later.
